SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Local Taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:

  • Customers must email sales@zoomermadness.com before returning any items.

  • Customer must pay the return postage cost

  • Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your return

  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.

  • In some cases, the return of the physical product may not be required following review.

  • The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

    • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
